Giuliana and Bill Rancic are expecting their first child via gestational carrier. Giuliana and Bill Rancic Partner to Raise Awareness of Early Cancer Detection Giuliana Rancic, co-host of E! News and the network's Fashion Police, first announced the news in a statement to E! Online, saying: "We are so thrilled that our prayers have been answered. We are absolutely ecstatic to be sharing this with everyone who has been following our journey." The couple then appeared on Monday's Today show to reveal that their baby is due in late summer. As for the carrier, a woman they found through their Colorado-based fertility doctor, "She's a dream come true," said Giuliana, revealing that she lives in another state but "we go visit her, we see the baby growing and it's very exciting."
